From anywhere in the greater Phoenix area get on the US60 FWY
Exit Higley Road (exit 186) and go South.
You will cross the following streets Baseline, then Guadalupe.
At the next signal, go Right on Elliott Rd.
The next light is a Trail Crossing.
Just after the median ends go left S. 163^rd Place.
If you see a sign that says “trail crossing” they you have just passed S. 163^rd Place & will need to turn around.
Follow this street to the right and to the left (it’s the only way you can go) almost to the end – the 7^th house once you’ve made that left jog. 
The mailbox is on the right 11407 S. 163^rd St. and the house is just after this on the left with the cement driveway – light on pillar by drive shows address 11407
